For the month of May, paid subscribers will receive a calendar with daily mindfulness tips and habits that you can grow longterm and help you slow down and live a more calm and intentional lifestyle. Each day there is a different task and a post will be sent out to go into further detail. The goal is that some of these habits really stick with you and you can implement them on a daily basis moving forward.
The calendar will be sent out to paid subscribers on April 30, 2024 — so keep an eye on your inbox! Following the calendar, I will send a daily post to go into more detail on each daily task and the benefits surrounding each task.
This is no major commitment. Just a bit of an exercise to help you find practices that suit your life that you can use moving forward. I’ve found a lot of people just don’t know where to begin when it comes to introducing mindfulness & that’s why I’ve set up this program. To help get people started!
